Excelling in the Classroom

The Description

With these funds I will purchase materials that are needed to make a special education classroom interactive and multi faceted. Visuals, center activities, sensory items, and organization bins are priorities; with general items such as binders, paper, and pencils as equally needed materials.

Back Up Plan

If we do not reach our goal I will purchase essential items that will facilitate classroom instruction. This will include work binders for centers, and paper and pencils.

My education allowed me to focus on SpEd well before I ever thought it would affect my family. I recognized the signs and self-referred to an early intervention program at my local Office of Ed but until then I was not truly aware of the impact a good SpEd teacher can have. Thank you for taking on this challenge.
