With these funds I will...purchase a Dremel Laser Cutter ($6,499 + fees): https://digilab.dremel.com/products/lc40-laser-cutter
The laser cutter will teach my students how to use the latest technology. The laser cutter can be used in the STEM lab and also for after school clubs like the All Girl Engineering Club.
Back Up Plan
My backup plan is to write a grant to provide additional funds to help secure cutting edge technology for our future leaders.
About the Creator
Every day I get up and believe I have the most important job in the world. I get to go to a junior high and work to inspire students who are often struggling with who they are and frequently misunderstood. In addition, I get to teach STEM,Science and just started an after school club for girls only to get them engaged and interested in engineering.
