With these funds I will purchase Chromebooks to use in the science classroom.  There are several computer simulations and programs that help with student learning (remediation and extension) available with technology.  By having a classroom set of devices I can integrate their usage in to the classroom everyday.  Students can learn and teach others through the use of the technology.  

My students deserve this because the technology availability is very low at our building.  The devices that we do have go to testing and learning in other classrooms.  If I have my own set of devices, I can implement remediation and lesson extension through the help of programs like MobyMax, NearPod and other websites that contain science simulations (experiments that cannot take place in the normal classroom).  The students can make their own movies about what they are learning and how they are completing experiments to share with their parents and the community.  

I will be purchasing Chromebooks.  With $500 I can purchase 3 devices with support.
