With these funds we will provide Soulsville gear to our middle school families during the first weeks of school. After visiting some very high performing charter schools we noticed a sense of community is fostered from Day 1 with families by giving them access to school gear. Each Friday our students can wear Soulsville or college gear and being able to provide students and families with at least 1 item allows all of our students to participate in Repping the Revolution at Soulsville! We're hoping to incorporate this gear into some interactive games with our families and staff to help build relationships with new and returning families in order to kick off a fantastic year 12 at TSCS!
