With these funds I will...purchase numerous items to do hands on Math activities. I would like to get origami paper ($50) to reinforce our geometry lessons. The students will see shapes come to life. I will purchase different types of candy to do probability and statistics lessons. Runts, licorice, sour candies, nerds, and chocolate ($75) will be used to reinforce these concepts in hands on groups. I will purchase things like paper to do graphing activities. The students will see how they can take statistical information and make it come to life in their presentations.
