The Description
With these funds I will be able to provide students with therapeutic tools for success, specifically adult coloring books that provide coping mechanisms and an outlet to de-stress. Additionally, a large population of students are often in need of clothing and food, as means within the home at limited. Providing students with basic necessities will improve nutrition levels, emotional well-being and improve confidence to rise above their circumstances. These items are essential for counselors.
Back Up Plan
If I do not meet my goal, I will use everything that is raised to purchase the items needed for these students. Every little bit helps them.
About the Creator
Hello! I am a 9th grade counselor at Lake Worth High School. I have a passion for education, in addition to social and emotional growth. I am fairly new to the educational setting, but was inspired to enter the field due to my experience with at-risk youth.

Snacks/Meals for students who are in need. Many of our students only have the opportunity to eat when they are at school.
