With these funds I will be able to foster intelligent, independent, and compassionate problem solvers with a subscription to Studies Weekly, a standards based social studies curriculum.  This curriculum provides 28 weekly social studies text and online lessons that include the required information text and academic vocabulary.  Students will enhance their reading and written response skills with text based questions provided.
