Exploring the World with Google Expeditions

$8,535 goal
The Description
With these funds I will purchase a Google Expedition Kit that can be used in our entire elementary school and in my after school class. I teach 5th grade, but the kit can be used in any grade. We will explore the the world and go places that my students never thought possible without even leaving the classroom. Google Expeditions allows teachers to take students anywhere at no additional cost to the school, teachers, or parents.
In order to have access to these amazing digital journeys, our classroom needs the proper technology. That is why I am fundraising for a Google Expedition Kit that will be purchased through Best Buy. The Google Expedition Kit will provide us with with the following items:
- 20 Student Devices
- 20 Virtual Reality Viewers
- 2 Rapid Chargers
- 1 Teacher Device
- 1 Router
- 1 Case
- Geek Squad® White Glove Service
Your generous investment to our fundraiser will open a world of opportunities for my students that they will not soon forget. If you are not able to make an investment today, please still consider sharing this through your social media channels as it increases the likelihood that we reach our goal.
