The Description

With these funds I will enable students to tell their stories through Animation. This money will directly impact the students by giving them easy to use tools (document camera) and software to make their personal stories come to life through animation. The 7th and 8th grade students aren't always able to verbalize or write their experiences but they can use Animation to create a story line with pictures, clay models, and sounds to make their stories come alive. Furthermore, it takes a team to create Animated stories. The classroom will be positively impacted overall through student collaboration skills necessary to develop story line. These funds will purchase 2 HUE system document cameras and computer software for student use.

Here is the breakdown in cost for fundraising for HUE:

  • HUE - $139.90
  • Preferred Partner Program (10%) - $16.95
  • PledgeCents Platform Fee (5%) - $8.48
  • Processing Fee (3%) - $5.09
  • Total - $170.00 (rounded up to the nearest dollar)

Back Up Plan

If I do not meet my goal I will dedicate the funds raised toward purchasing as many components as possible.
