The Description
With these funds I will purchase an electric pencil sharpener for my classroom. My students need sharp pencils to help assist in making their penmanship more legible. A new pencil sharpener will also help us preserve our pencils. With our current pencil sharpener it does not sharpen the pencils well therefore we have to sharpen the pencils more frequently.
Back Up Plan
If I do not meet my goal I will purchase a cheaper pencil sharpener that will in all hopes sharpen better than the one we have.
About the Creator
I am a fifth-grade teacher in Missouri's public school system. Our students come from diverse backgrounds. Some come to school with a lot weighing on them. I strive to be able to continue to make my classroom a welcoming and safe place for all students to gather.
