The Description
With these funds I will help provide financial assistance to families in need of ensuring their daughter has every opportunity to experience cheerleading like other schools in our parish! Our families our low-income based families & can not afford the total package for their daughter to be a cheerleader. However, just like Serena Williams once said, "It doesn't matter what your background is or where you came from, if you have dreams and goals, that's all that matters!"

About the Creator
Hello, I am Kimberly Searcy. I am the P.E. Coach at Bossier Elementary School in Bossier City, Louisiana. I am also the Cheerleading Sponsor here at the school. I truly believe that our girls deserve the same equality of extracurricular activities that other schools get. However, our school is a Title 1 school & our school population is made up of low-income families. It is my desire and goal to do whatever it takes to help ensure that my students know their worth no matter their background!
