With these funds our school will create incentives for students who remain on-track academically and behaviorally. This will include anything from field trips to consumable rewards. We aim to relentlessly pursue positive results for our students, and are always looking for new ways to incentivize them! While some students respond best to getting an A+ or receiving a certificate for good behavior, other students need a different goal to work toward. Many of our students are not used to being recognized for their positive behavior, so these incentives go a long way to inspire them and to help build up their sense of self-esteem!

Our students have the chance to earn points from teachers and staff for positive behaviors such as helping peers, staying focused on their work, and being leaders in the classroom. We will create incentives such as field trips to local museums and activities and a weekly time for students with the most positive \"points" to receive treats. This funding will go directly towards funding these incentives for our students.
