With these funds I will purchase a chest freezer for my school.  Our 8th grade students would like to sell ice cream on Fridays to raise funds for our PBIS, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, as well as upcoming STEAM Experiment, Field Trips and their Graduation Ceremony.  But the problem is, we do not have a freezer to store the ice cream in!  We have the ice cream, but no place to keep the ice cream cold, so we would be left to sell mush! Yuck! 

By having the freezer, the students are able to learn social skills through throughout the ice cream sales as well as how to count and handle money.  Important life experiences that go beyond the classroom!  The overall benefit is that the money earned will make the events and planning much more meaningful.  That is why we would love support and donations for us to buy a chest freezer for our PBIS Freezer!
