Every year we see the statistics on how much value there is in learning how to code. This doesn’t mean that it has gotten any easier or more accessible for my students. Until now. This year I am going to be implementing Vidcode in our classroom as a way to connect my students with a practical understanding of the types of technology and software they engage with every day.

With Vidcode aligning with Common Core Math Practices & Standards, I can use their curriculum to reinforce key concepts in core subjects as well. This means that every second that they spend on Vidcode they will be learning and engaging with a multitude of different concepts. It is critically important that my students have access to this type of tool in order to ensure that they are ready for the future!
