The Description

With these funds I will...

Allowing my 4th grade Howard scholars the amazing opportunity to utilize sketchbooks will create an outlet which helps scholars bond and get to know each other through creative expression.

Sketchbooks are an amazing opportunity to draw, visualize, write, thumbnail, and express themselves through art.

These funds will help my 4th grade scholars challenge themselves, follow direction, and help them understand how to become more expressive.

The sketchbook is a journey that will allow my scholars the opportuniy to become inspired and are well-deserving of this experience.

Help me as I attempt to urge students to help their creative process by working in sketchbooks, and use them as an important place to gather any visual research and thoughts.

Sketchbooks are often art projects in themselves, and can be the stepping stone to further development

Back Up Plan

If we do not meet our goal, we will reduce the number of sketchbooks for the 4th grade Howard scholars.

Derrick!
This was such a joy! I am so proud of you! Keep up the great work. Your obvious dedication is such an inspiration. As a retired educator, after forty years, I have tears of joy. I love that you love what you do! God bless you.

One of my favorite things about your classroom is the space and time you give students to draw. Keep at it, Mr. Williamson! Sending my love to Howard!
