As some of you may know, I am a 2019 Teach For America Corps Member placed in San Antonio, Texas.  I will be entering my first year of teaching in just a couple weeks, and am needing to supply the classroom with the essentials!  One of the biggest hurdles that my students at Jefferson High School will face is the lack of necessary materials that are needed for daily success. 

To get the year started off right, I will use these funds to purchase necessary supplies that will welcome my students into a fully stocked classroom.  Having pens, pencils, notebooks, paper, etc. will give these students access to supplies that they may not otherwise have.
