Rebuild Zai's Home

The Description

On May 2nd, at approximately 1:00 am, a Mavuno Village owned rental property was damaged when the house walls collapsed due to the rain.  This house has been a blessing to Mavuno Village and our wider community as various staff members and others have lived in it over the years. Thank God no one was injured!

Now that the home has been destroyed, we would like to rebuild it in order to maintain the value of the property and continue to make it available for use.

We would like to be able to accomplish this in a timely manner as it has currently been serving as a home for a family we care about, a grandmother and her daughter and two grandsons. We are so grateful no one was hurt!

You have the opportunity to help us to rebuild this home, bless our community, and serve a dear family in need.

Back Up Plan

Any funds above and beyond the goal will be used at the Mavuno Village board's discretion.

Thank you again!  Here is a quick update and photo of the completed house!  Zai and her family have moved back in and are super happy to have a house that is even a bit bigger than the one that was destroyed.  We think it's beautiful! Thanks for being a part of this project.
