The Description
It's that time of the year agin! I will be beginning my second year of teaching and I have some amazing, innovative ways to educate my children. With the funds that I raise I will purchase supplies for my new classes, namely my 8th grade science class. I want this year to have more hands-on, project-based learning opportunities and this requires lab supplies and more structure for my classroom.
Back Up Plan
If I don't reach my goal I will still be able to purchase many new supplies for the lab and the classroom.
About the Creator
I am super excited to be part of Teach For America, an organization committed to the end of educational inequity. I will be teaching 7th grade science and medical detectives at Harlingen Stem Squared Preparatory Academy. My class begins August 13th and I am incredibly excited to meet my students in a few weeks!
