The Science National Honor Society (SNHS) at Roosevelt High School is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, scientific achievement, and community service. Our members excel in challenging honors and advanced courses while serving as leaders and role models across campus.

In the 2024–2025 season, the Science Olympiad team earned 1st place at regionals and advanced to State. For four consecutive years, at least one SNHS member has advanced to Science UIL Regionals after placing at District. In the past year alone, SNHS members have contributed more than 1,000 community service hours, with many members averaging about 11 volunteer hours each semester. They host STEM events, provide peer tutoring, and inspire younger students through science focused activities at local elementary schools.

To sustain this level of excellence and impact, funding is essential. Donations help cover competition fees, materials, and outreach projects, providing the tools our students need to pursue their passion for science. Every contribution, no matter the size, supports the growth of future scientists, innovators, and community leaders, ensuring SNHS continues to thrive and inspire our community.
