As a teacher, I believe it is critically important that my students are engaged in the topics that we cover in class. I teach students who do not have a lot of reading material at home, so this would give them materials to carry home and enjoy outside of class.This happens only when they find it fun and because of this I want to make sure we have the most exciting materials for this year.

Studies Weekly standards-based curriculum applies a balanced literacy approach to education. The combination of printed weekly units with web-based primary source media, audio reader and other features creates high levels of student engagement. The pre-made teacher created lessons include rigorous and relevant assessment, word study, writing prompts, reading (modeled, shared, guided, and independent), and much more, foster critical thinking skills that help develop a new generation of responsible decision makers.
