The Description
3-0 Rise Kohyang Win over Smidt Tech!
3-1 Rise Kohyang Win over Alliance Kajima!
1-0 Rise Kohyang Win over LALA!
The Rise Kohyang Boys Soccer Team have started the season with a perfect 3-0 record, with the girls not far behind at 1-1, but there’s only one problem, neither team has a field to practice on.
Currently, our boys and girls team run 2 miles everyday to practice in a baseball field, and they deserve more. Their commitment and work ethic warrants an actual soccer field in order to compete against schools with bigger athletic programs and more resources. Our 30 scholar-athletes pride themselves on representing the Triton family - and the whole Rise Kohyang community - as they compete around the county, and they need your support.
“Our soccer program is very important to me. It has taught me how the real world works. Knowing that there will be challenges but you can't face them individually only as a team. In my high school soccer we aren't a team, we are a family. Helping each other not only in the field but also in our personal life. I have no idea where I would be without our soccer team.” -Alexander, Senior Midfielder
In order to continue the growth of the sports program, our team and school needs your help. We’re asking you to make a donation for this holiday season and become a fellow Triton. $1,200 dollars is the minimum needed to reserve a soccer field for at least one day a week for the rest of the season. With your donation, the girls and boys of Rise Kohyang Soccer Program can envision a season where they won’t have to worry about where the next practice will be. Become a Triton today.
