Pre-K Special Education Teacher
I am a teacher in Silver Spring, Maryland. I have been teaching for 9 years and I started my career teaching First Grade, and then Kindergarten. I currently teach preschool students (ages 3, 4, and 5) with special needs. Our students are learning basic communication skills, self-help skills, social skills, and pre-academics. Our school serves a very ethnically- and linguistically-diverse population. Many of our students also qualify for free or reduced meals.
