About
Lehman High School opened its doors in August 2004 and was named after the family of Ted Lehman, Hays CISD School Board President from 1967-1979, who donated the parcel of land where the school is located. Ted Lehman dedicated his life to education and farming. He worked on three area school boards within Hays County. Part of his rich farmland is now the site of Lehman High School.
Our Mission Statement: Lehman High School, the heart of a proud and dynamic community, empowers learners for lifelong achievement.

I am a passionate high school math teacher, lifelong learner, and proud nerd. Together with Wendy Saenz, I have been piloting blended learning in high school math for several years. We have learned so much and seen fantastic results for our students, and we are ready to share our innovative approaches with other teachers. We have been selected to present at the TCEA conference in San Antonio in February, and we are so excited to be bringing blended learning to more students!
