Megan Cope Elementary was established with a goal in mind. The goal is student SUCCESS! As a result, our school motto is, “Soaring to SUCCESS, Nothing Less!” The staff focuses on empowering students. We hold ourselves accountable for their learning. The Instructional Goals include a rigorous curriculum, relevant connections, and building relationships. Teachers focus on engaging students with Technology, Whole Brain Teaching, and a Positive Attitude! The staff collaborate and work together to assist ALL students.

I have always dreamed of being in education. As a child I grew with up with a single mother and saw first hand the struggles my mom, brother and myself faced because of our circumstances. I wanted a better future for myself. I have been in education for eight years as of now. I have a multiple subject, mild/moderate and moderate severe credential. I found my passion as a dual immersion teacher. This program is designed to teach students Spanish across all curriculum.
