O. T. Bright Elementary School strives to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of ALL students by implementing a program that differentiates instruction for ALL students. We believe that it takes a community to educate a child and that with support from ALL stakeholders, every student can reach his/her maximum potential, successfully meet future educational goals, and become highly productive citizens.

O. T. Bright Elementary School envisions a school climate that promotes mutual respect, individuality, hard work and lifelong learning for ALL stakeholders. Through the application of contemporary principles of learning theory and teaching methodology, we foresee that ALL Bright students will be engaged in rich instructional activities, take ownership for their learning while gaining access to selective enrollment high schools and will succeed in those high schools and beyond.
