I run a family childcare that I am trying to turn into a childcare facility. I have a mix of all age groups. I have a lot of preschool age children in my care. My own children are all grown adults. I have two employees to help with growth of the business. The children and I do many things in learning and preparing for the next level. I am almost finished with my CDA. I am hoping for help in a few things to use for the children I care for.
