"The fall is often associated with new beginnings, fresh starts, and an opportunity for new adventures. As we transition into a new chapter at Richmond Rose, we are able to reflect on past experiences, celebrating successes and accomplishments, while forging ahead with eager anticipation and excitement for new things to come. As I transition into Richmond Rose PS, I look forward to meeting the community and to working along with parents to continue to build a culture of success and personal wellbeing for each and every student.
It is clear that this year is already off to a great start and that students have already begun to set academic and personal goals for themselves; goals that will challenge who they are and where they are coming from. It is also evident, in the short time that I have transitioned into Richmond Rose that teachers have also started to work and plan together as teams, setting common and individual expectations and supports for each student.
In the weeks ahead please feel free to introduce yourself to me if you see me outside or in the school. I welcome any conversations with parents, as the partnership between school and home is fundamental to student success and well being.
