My name is Miss Wylie and I am blessed to be a seventh grade English Language Arts teacher at Stanley Middle School in Gaston County. Recently we became a STEAM school, in seventh grade we focus on the A or Arts aspect of STEAM. My students inspire those around them, think critically, and collaborate on a daily basis. Fostering a love of education and specifically reading is a foundational goal that I have for my students. Literacy and writing matters because education provides lifetime opportunities.
