Grade 7 ELA Teacher

I am a seventh grade English teacher at Woonsocket Middle School in Woonsocket, RI. I graduated from Boston University's School of Education and earned my Master's Degree from Lesley University. I have been teaching middle school for 14 years and have worked with over 1400 students in my career so far. As a teacher in an urban district, I face a number of hardships in my daily pursuit to rigorously educate the students in my district; though I remain determined to prepare them for their futures in the real world. I have embraced the challenge year after year and participate in as much professional development as I can to keep up with the current trends in education and maximize my potential to make a difference in the lives of my students.
