Effective feedback has been shown to dramatically accelerate learner growth - equivalent to 8 additional months of in-class time per year. Plus, students are more likely to engage when they know they will receive feedback from a real audience. How It Works
As a teacher, I’ll gain access to remote, on-demand teaching assistants (“Graiders”) to score and provide hand-crafted feedback on my students’ work. Graiders are highly qualified, vetted undergraduate and graduate students from colleges across the country who are aspiring teachers. They are trained to provide effective feedback and are passionate about helping me and my students succeed. Fast, high-quality feedback deeply engages and motivates students and I’m thrilled to get my class more of it!
As a school leader, I can leverage The Graide Network Schools to make assessments more meaningful. Interim assessments are a powerful tool, helping my teachers and my leadership team better understand, track, and evaluate student performance and growth. Scoring these assessments, however, can be costly, timely, and operationally challenging. Graiders are uniquely qualified to evaluate and score extended writing and open-ended response items, delivering quick and detailed performance data and real-time insight into student progress.
