I am excited to be joining Teach for America in the fight for educational equity in Florida. I will be leading my own classroom this year at Highlands Middle School in Jacksonville. I want to be able to provide my students with the necessary resources they need to succeed.

Often times students and their families are burdened with not having essential school supplies and I wish to provide these resources for my students in order to give each and every one of them an equal opportunity to learn.

With these funds I will purchase classroom supplies to ensure my classroom is welcoming, clean, and full of resources. Some of these supplies include:
