The Description
With these funds I will...work to improve my students reading fluency. Reading fluency is the ability to read text accurately and quickly. Fluency does also encompass good prosody and expression. This refers to the melody in our reading and our ability to add expression. I would like to provide my students with some fun fluency tools. Such as, fluency phones, fluency cards, readers theater, witches fingers, etc.

If we don't reach our entire goal we will...use the money to buy as many fluency tools as possible.
About the Creator
This is my eighth year of teaching. I have taught preK, Kindergarten, first grade, and now second grade. I love teaching kids how to read and become fluent in their reading. I believe that "All children have gifts... They just open them at different times."
