Nurturing a Love for Math and Learning

The Description

First and foremost, I want to use this as an opportunity to show my immense gratitude for all the support me and my students received during this past year. My students and I would not have had all the success and growth we did without the love and kindness of each and every person.

Last year, I used this platform to raise funds for the materials I felt would best serve all my students and provide an environment for each student to get the most out of class. Through the generosity of so many wonderful people, my students were able to enter a clean classroom stocked full with materials, and I was able to provide the required supplies to students that otherwise would not have them. Due to the kindness so many showed through their donations and support last year, me and all my students were able to create a classroom environment that fostered a love of learning, a love for each other, and a belief that we could all do anything to which we set our minds.

This year, it is my hope to use all that I have learned over the course of the past year to work with my students to create an even more stimulating and loving classroom where all students work together to bring their very best selves to class every single day!

In order to do this, I plan to restock some of the supplies that got used last year, such as pencils, kleenex, hand sanitizer, etc., and I also plan to incorporate some new supplies that I feel will enable us to get the most out of each moment spent in the classroom.

Every dollar I receive will be put towards classroom supplies, so anything you can contribute really will make a difference for this year and all years to come. Here is a complete list of the materials that your generous investment will help provide for my 120 students at Mervo this year:

Back Up Plan

If we do not reach our goal I will purchase as many materials as possible. I will prioritize the materials that are most essential to every students' daily success in the classroom.
