With these funds I will purchase one Chromebook for use exclusively in the classroom.  It has a long battery and is excellent for all students. We have many web programs to motivate students to practice math facts and place value, collaborate on reports using Google presentations, and more.  My students need to be ready for the world and daily digital excellence is one way to be prepared.

The students in my class are from all walks of life, with some being in school in the United States for the very first time.  There are some readers who are 2 or 3 grade levels behind, and many online programs can move them ahead and monitor progress with detailed reports.  The students enjoy the programs and are highly motivated to succeed and propel themselves forward.  

I also have some gifted students whose brains are fed by challenging projects and ways to showcase their learning.
