The Description

With these funds we will purchase DSLR cameras and lens for our Journalism program. We are trying to raise these funds in preparation for our 50th school anniversary. We would like to purchase an additional 3 Canon 90D camera valued at approximately $1,200 each. We have been using this model for the past three years and have won national recognition from Jostens from the photos used on the 90D. Our Journalism program is increasing, and more students want to take Yearbook and Journalism. A huge barrier is the number of cameras we have to practice and take to events. For example, in the spring semester, we usually have 6 events happening on the same day/time, but only are able to send 3 photographers to cover the events.

Back Up Plan

If we do not reach our goal we will depend on our small inventory of cameras.
