With these funds we will provide our 3rd grade scholars with the opportunity to visit a highly regarded San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. During this experience they will also create art with the museum artists and staff. This field trip will come during our Power of Art literacy unit where we learn about different artists and their contributions to the world. Our scholars will be able to answer the question: How can I use my power as an artist to change the world?
