KIPP Excelencia Community Prep is a TK-8 public charter school located in Redwood City that opened its doors in summer 2015. The school began with transitional kindergarten (TK), kindergarten, first, and fourth grade and adds an additional grade each year until it is serving transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. KIPP Excelencia is currently co-located at Hoover and Taft Elementary Schools for the 2018-2019 school year. Our address at Hoover is 656 Laurel St. & Taft is 954 8th Ave.

The mission of KIPP Excelencia Community Prep is to inspire and empower all children so that they are successful through college and impact their communities.
