I am a TFA 2017 Corps member teaching Spanish at Garinger High in Charlotte, NC. I hope to bring a yoga practice to the home of the Wildcats, open to students, teachers and community members. Practicing yoga and meditation for 10+ years has convinced me of the power of a healthy mind and body joining together. Please help my students do the same!
